Parcel 110 is a commercial facility which is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the Middle East. The scope of the work includes façade works, external cladding, isolation, roof cladding, fit-out finishes, MEP, HVAC, external hardscaping, and testing and commissioning. The building is mixed-use containing both residential apartments and business offices. The project consists of two buildings with a total of 43 floors combined, excluding the shared 5 underground parking floors. The project’s original budget is $73.5 million USD, and the project duration is 16 months.

Parcel 111 is a commercial facility which is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. in the Middle East. The scope of the work includes façade works, external cladding, isolation, roof cladding, fit-out finishes, MEP, HVAC, external hardscaping, and testing and commissioning. The project consists of two buildings with a total of 28 floors combined, excluding the shared 5 underground parking floors. The project’s original budget is $13.5 million USD, and the project duration is 16 months.
